We provide Vacation Home Care during vacant periods, linen and laundry service when you're in town, concierge restocking, and an arrival-ready reset before you come down. You protect the asset, save the stress of remote ownership, and arrive to a home that is already ready for you.

What we provide
Arrival-ready reset
Before you arrive, we prepare the home for your stay — fresh linen, a clean space, and essentials restocked to your preferences. If you also host guests, this service can be tailored for guest turnovers.
Linen as a service
Two subscription options: we supply and launder Casa Pura linen for every stay, or we launder the home's own sheets on subscription — off-site with our plant-based products, or on-site using the property's machine with your preferred soaps. Fresh linen waiting at every arrival, no matter where you are.
Concierge restocking
We keep track of what the home needs and make sure it's always there — toiletries, paper goods, kitchen essentials, whatever you keep stocked. Checked and replenished at every turnover so nothing is ever missing when you or your guests arrive.
Wash & fold
Plant-based laundry handled on-site at the property or off site — available whenever you're in residence or between stays.
Vacation Home Care
A thorough home-watch visit that includes a room-by-room walkthrough; leak checks under sinks, around toilets, and at the water heater; running taps and flushing toilets to keep traps from drying out; collecting mail, packages, and door deliveries; watering indoor plants when arranged in advance; adjusting blinds; moving trash bins in or out; confirming the thermostat is holding; and checking exterior doors and accessible windows are secure. Timestamped photographs and a written report are delivered the same day.
