What we provide
Full property turnover
A complete reset between every stay — beds made to hotel standard, surfaces clean, the space ready to receive someone who matters.
Linen as a service
Two subscription options: we supply and launder Casa Pura linen for every stay, or we launder the property's own sheets on subscription — off-site with our plant-based products, or on-site using the property's machine with whatever products you prefer. Clean linen, every arrival, handled entirely by us.
Amenity & sundry add-ons
Branded amenity kits, welcome essentials, and curated add-ons that tell your guest they were thought of before they arrived.
Concierge restocking
We track what the property needs and make sure it's always on hand — paper goods, toiletries, kitchen basics, whatever you keep stocked. Checked and replenished at every turnover, no reminders needed from you.
Wash & fold
Plant-based laundry handled on-site at the property or off site — available between employee stays to keep the property fresh.
Home-watch between stays
When the property sits empty between visits, we check in — mail, plants, condition. Your asset stays looked after whether anyone is there or not.
